We believe in building a society that shares resources and eliminates waste. To do this, we are always looking at what kind of solutions we can provide to people and businesses. Our products range from products like shikAI that is aimed at solving problem for the visually impaired, to Hakozume, which is our robotics/AI solution aimed at simplifying gift packaging operations for beverage companies.
shikAI is a QR navigation system for the visually impaired. We are developing shikAI so that the visually impaired can move around the station safely. We will continue to develop shikAI with the aim of realizing "a world where all people can live with peace of mind" through the power of technology
Hakozume robot is a robotic system that automatically packs gift sets and other items into boxes. By using collaborative robots, the box-packing work that used to be done by hand can be automated without major layout changes.
In many manufacturing sites, box-packing is done manually by a large number of people, and as the labor shortage worsens, it will become increasingly difficult to maintain the production system. With the introduction of box-packing robots, the number of workers can be reduced, eliminating the need to worry about securing manpower and scheduling shifts, making it possible to build a stable production system.
Although palletizing is a relatively automated process, it is still done manually in many cases, due to:
- Industrial robots require a large space
- Cannot handle small quantities of a wide variety of products
- Cooperative robots do not have enough payload.
Our palletizing robot can handle workpieces up to 23 kg with a payload of 25 kg, utilizing Doosan Robotics H2515. This enable palletizing automation in the same amount space as manual work.
