What is a Collaborative Robot?

Until now, industrial robots have been used as equipment for larger scale factories that mainly manufacture automobiles and machines, and it was necessary to work in a distance from people divided by fences for safety reasoning.
However, since the collaborative robots are small and light weighted and requires small spaces, it is expected to work with humans at multiple manufacturing scenarios because it doesn’t need the larger scale safety system.

Use Cases

Dedicated hand

It is no. 1 in the world share. The size can be selected based on the load capacity/reach, and it can be installed on the ceiling or wall. It is also a versatile collaborative robot with dustproof and waterproof (IP54).

Extension tool

By creating a dedicated bracket and attaching a glue gun in addition to a general-purpose hand, it makes possible to perform multiple tasks of applying adhesive to the board, gripping, and mounting electronic components without changing tools.

Dedicated nail

It is possible to grip the work with high accuracy by replacing the claws of the existing robot in order to hold coffee capsules and coffee cups by produce the most suitable shape nail.

Providing Image Analysis Program

The image analysis program is a computer program that gives instructions for the collaborative robot to perform accurate work after performing image diagnosis of the work environment at the site.(※It won’t be necessary in case the collaborative robot is used to perform routine or repetitive tasks.)

There are various techniques and methods for image analysis. However, we provide a package of the image optimization program that is accurate for the site by hearing the work for manufacturing your product, the type of defect, the required processing speed and accuracy.
